Microsoft Messenger (MSN) will no longer support PC to Phone service, and as a direct result, user access to Primus' service via their messenger client will be discontinued as of July 28th, 2004. Primus will still offer this service via our own proprietary soft phone client, as well as our own global VoIP network. You can sign up for service directly with Primus and download the client by going to www.iprimus.net
